CHIONANTHUS virginicus

Deciduous, expanded shrub or small tree. The leaves are dark green, elliptic, up to 20cm long. During summertime produces white, scented up to 20cm long weeping flower cobs, followed by blue black small fruits. It prefers acid soils.
