HEPTACODIUM miconioides

Erect shrub with dark green leaves, produces small white flowers from late summer to late autumn, very fragrant and collected in clusters. The flowers are followed by small red-violet fruits crowned with very showy pink goblets. The bark is exfoliating during the winter.
