QUERCUS alba

White oak. Large deciduous tree. Fast growing with a large roundish habit, more upright growing in his younger years. The bark is white bright greyish coloured. The 5-9 round lobed leaves can be till 15 cm long. The new leaves have a grey-green colour, blue-green in summer, purple red in autumn.
