CINNAMOMUM camphora

Description

A persistent, spreading tree or large shrub. Its ovate leaves have evident venations and are at first bronze-coloured, then dark-green and up to 10 cm long. Corymbs contain from 5 to 7 cup-shaped, small, yellow flowers develop from spring to summer and are followed by blackberry-shaped fruit.
