TILIA cordata

Description

A deciduous, initially cone-shaped tree that then takes on a rounded shape. Its leaves, which turn yellow in autumn, are alternate, roundish and dark-green in colour with greenish-blue undersides and up to 8 cm long. Half-way through summer the crests containing up to 10 light-yellow flowers are formed.
